almost 21 soon and i wanted to change my look to suit my age. from BB cream to foundation. and this was the best choice as a first time makeup user i really loved it. mainly because it is really photo ready, in the age of instagram one really needs that perfect selfie with the make-up on fleek and on point. i dont even have to use a bronzer on top but the simple application gives me the whole glam effect. my love at first sight really

It's not surprising that I love this product. Revlon really do know how to make a great foundation and this one in particular is a favourite for me. It lives up to it's name of Photoready Airbrush covering pigmentation and spots beautifully.

Photo Ready Fairy 8/12/2016
All reviews aren't meant to be all good. I wont lie I am a die hard Revlon fan. I currently use Revlon's color stay foundation as well as Revlon's new addition the 2 in 1 color stay compact with concealer. I can go on with the lipsticks and nail polish too, but for now I am focusing on the Photo ready Airbrush foundation. I thought I would give it a try since I am always looking for the best and practical product to use on a daily basis, and to my disappointment it was something I wasn't expecting. The texture and shade seemed to be perfect once you get the first pump out but once you apply the foundation it tends to dry as you play and blend it in. I felt that a tiny bit unsatisfactory when it came to the application but I also felt I could make it work by trying to apply it quickly since it felt smooth once it touched my face. The horror wasn't the application though. It was the end result of looking like a sparkly little fairy. I understand that the foundation is probably used for photo shoots to capture the best lighting for your face but I also thought that since this product is on the shelf for an everyday working class woman or a average Jane, it could give me a cover girl look in a practical way minus the shiny, shimmering glitter. I have a bottle of this that I probably will never use unless I become a model doing a photo shoot. I think this product could actually boost its sales if the shimmer was eliminated.
